Most of us want to achieve a lean physique with minimal effort and time.  Unfortunately, this is not how it works in reality!  There are hundreds of results when you search for lsoe fat quickly, but in real life there’s only one way to do it – slowly!  Here are our tips for burning fat and getting lean the best way.

Diet: if you are aiming to lose fat, it is a good idea to reduce the amount you are eating gradually.  You don’t want to shock the body!  Start by slowly lowering the amount of sugar, fatty foods and poor quality carbs you are eating (don’t cut anything out yet though!).  Once you begin replacing the bad quality foods with wholesome vegetables, fruits and complex carbs you’ll start to lose cravings for sweets and crap.

Exercise: obviously exercise is important, but surprisingly not as important as your diet!  As they say, abs are made in the kitchen!  However, it is a good plan to get a variety of exercises in.  We recommend a combination of strength training with HIIT cardio.

Detox: A good way to flush toxins out of the system is to drink tons of water!  You can supplement your regime with herbal teas and detox herbs.  Cinnamon is great for reducing sugar cravings and mint can help to ward off hunger pangs.
