We have found that come February/March, our resolve to work out more, eat better and generally achieve our goals has mostly fallen by the wayside. There is a way to get that motivation back though! Book into a course of fitness classes! Here’s why:
- You have already paid in advance – nobody likes to waste money, so you’ll have to go!
- There will be people to watch you – no slacking when there are people watching you!
- The trainer can push you – we generally work harder when we have a trainer with us
- Interesting routines – you might get bored doing your own routine, so the constant switching up could make it more interesting for you
By attending classes like spinning, aerobics and body pump, you will learn some new moves which you can use in your own workout routines too.
